UNIUYO UTME REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SCIENCE COURSES
As for O’level requirements as seen above, mathematics is a compulsory requirement except for courses like Law, International relations, Psychology, Political Science, and Sociology.
It is different for UTE subjects because even Accounting and other management courses do not need to write mathematics in their UTME but English is compulsory since it is our mother tongue.

UNIUYO Admission Requirements
Below are all the admission requirements for prospective UNIUYO students:
1. Candidates must receive a minimum UTME score of 150.
2. The minimum credit requirement for candidates in WASSCE/NECO, GCE, or its equivalent is five credits, including English and mathematics in their core courses.
3. UNIUYO only admits candidates who made UNIUYO their first choice institution in UTME.
4. All O’level results must not be more than 2 sittings.
5. Interested applicants must have attained the age of 16 at the time admission is offered.
6. Candidates must meet the stipulated cutoff mark for their courses and departments to be offered admission.
Once you have identified the course you want to take, you can apply to the Bachelor’s degree programs through the UTME, Direct Entry, or Pre-degree Programme, depending on your preference.
The entry requirement’s main goal is to make sure individuals are accepted to have the skills necessary to go through the program. All qualified candidates are required to take a screening exam.
