General Application Requirements For MAPOLY HND Admission 2024/2025
All applicants need to ensure they meet the speculated entry requirements before applying for the relevant Moshood Abiola Polytechnic HND program for the 2024/2025 academic session. Candidates must:-
- Obtain a Lower Credit or higher in relevant National Diploma Programmes from accredited institutions, with at least one year of post-diploma work experience. Industrial work experience evidence is required.
- Request that your former institution send your academic transcripts to the Registrar, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta.
- Must fulfill the specific entry criteria for the National Diploma (ND) program related to their chosen HND course.
- Must Hold a Lower Credit or higher in their ND program from an accredited institution and have at least one year of relevant work experience after completing the ND. Proof of this work experience is required.
- Must request that their previous institution send their academic transcripts to the Registrar at MAPOLY. Note that registration will not be finalized until these transcripts are received.
- Candidates who obtained their ND from other polytechnics with Pre-ND qualifications or those with post-qualification school certificate results are not eligible. Additionally, those with a National Diploma in Banking & Finance or an Accounting Technician Scheme (ATS) Certificate cannot apply for the HND Accountancy program.
- For those specializing in Biology/Microbiology, Chemistry, or Physics, a credit in the relevant O’Level subjects is required.
- No candidate will be registered without receipt of the academic transcript.
- ND holders from other polytechnics with Pre-ND qualifications will not be admitted. Post-qualification school certificate ordinary-level results are not acceptable.
- Candidates with a National Diploma in Banking & Finance and an Accounting Technician Scheme (ATS) Certificate cannot apply for the HND Accountancy Programme.
- You must pass the screening examination conducted by the polytechnic.
