How To Check JSCE BECE Result 2024
Candidates who participated in the recently concluded National Examinations Council (NECO) 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) for JSS3 candidates are informed that their results are now available online.
Candidates, guardians, and school principals can now access the results online by simply following the steps provided in this article.
How to Check JSCE (Junior WAEC), BECE Result 2024 Online
Candidates can follow these steps to access their results. Be informed that this is the best approach to accessing your JSSCE results online.
- Candidates will be required to purchase a Result Token before they can access their results.
- After purchasing the token, visit the result-checking portal at https://result.neco.gov.ng
- Go to the “Exam Type” section and select “Basic Education Certificate Result”.
- Proceed and Select the exam year e.g 2024
- Scratch the result checking card and type in the PIN or Token in the box provided.
- Enter the Examination number in the blank column.
- Click on the “Check Result” button, then a pop-up page will display your result.
- Ensure that you download the results for reference purposes.
Candidates, guardians, and principals should note that at the time this article was written, the BECE 2024 result was not yet released.
BECE Grading System

The grading system of Junior WAEC (JSCE) results is as follows:-
- A – Distinction.
- B – Upper Credit.
- C – Lower Credit.
- P – Pass.
- F – Fail.
N/B: Candidates from all Government Public Junior Secondary Schools are mandated to collect their schools’ results from their district headquarters.
Also, all private-owned Junior Secondary Schools that are registered and approved are required to collect their school results from respective Liaison officers.
