Applicants who receive an offer of provisional admission from JAMB can complete their admission by going to the specified location on school premises or by visiting the UNIHEZ website at hezekiah.edu.ng.
To obtain the Hezekiah University, Umudi screening form, qualified candidates must pay a non-refundable amount of N2,000 (two thousand naira) only through the school’s online portal using any bank of their choosing.

1. Visit portal.hezekiah.edu.ng
2. Login with your JAMB registration number
3. Generate the REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR]
4. Make a payment of N2,000
5. Upload your recent passport-size photograph.
6. Fill out the Bio-Data Form carefully

Upon finishing the online application, print the post-UTME screening schedule from the UNIHEZ website and make a note of the date, time, and location for your department’s screening.
