16. Estate Management
Estate management covers property management, evaluation, planning, and development. Students who are interested in this program are required to have a minimum of 5 credits in the following subjects:-

17. Biochemistry
Studying Biochemistry requires credit-level passes in the following:-

18. Biology (Applied Biology And Biotechnology)
Biology involves the study of living things and vital processes. Candidates who are interested in studying this course are required to have five credits in the subjects below:-

19. Microbiology
Microbiology at Covenant University takes about four years to complete. Candidates who are interested in studying this course are required to have at least five credits in the following subjects:-

20. Industrial Chemistry
Industrial Chemistry is the branch of chemistry that applies to physical and chemical processes towards the transmutation of raw materials into products that are of benefit to mankind. 22. Industrial Chemistry (Material and Polymer)

26. Industrial Physics (Applied Geophysics)

27. Industrial Physics (Electronics and its Application)

28. Industrial Physics (Renewable Energy)
Industrial Physics educates students on renewable energy technologies such as hydroelectricity, solar energy, biomass, wind energy, and tidal turbines are now central to the growing worldwide effort to combat damaging climate change.
Candidates who are interested in pursuing Building Technology as a course of study are required to have five passes in the following:-

29. Chemical Engineering
In this course, students examine the fundamentals of industrial chemical processes that transform raw materials into useful products. They also learn how to apply knowledge gained to create and optimize chemical processes and products that are efficient, high-quality, and environmentally safe.
It takes about 5 years to obtain a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering. Candidates who want to study Chemical Engineering are required to have not less than five (5) credit passes in the following O’Level subjects:-

30. Civil Engineering
Civil Engineering students are taught how to plan, design and manage all types of civil engineering systems and processes. They are also equipped with ideas o on how to use engineering skills to develop sound infrastructure and create solutions for water and energy management.
It takes about 5 years to obtain a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering. Candidates who want to study Civil Engineering are required to have not less than five (5) credit passes in the following O’Level subjects:-

31. Computer Engineering

It takes about 5 years to obtain a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering. Candidates who want to study Computer Engineering are required to have not less than five (5) credit passes in the following O’Level subjects:-

General O’Level Requirements
Covenant University’s general requirements for admission include 5 credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/GCE or their equivalent in not more than two sittings. Candidates must pass Mathematics and Use of English.
