Calvary-Poly Admission Requirements
National Diploma
- Individuals meeting the specified criteria are eligible for direct entry into the National Diploma program. Qualifications include G.C.E. Ordinary level or equivalent with four credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and any two subjects from Economics, Business Methods, Principles of Accounts, Literature in English, Commerce, History, Statistics, Geography, Government, and Agric Science/Biology, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Those with four credit passes in relevant subjects from a recognised preliminary ND program offered by NBTE-accredited polytechnics or similar post-secondary technical institutions can also be considered for admission.
HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA
Candidates must meet the requirements below to be considered for a Higher National Diploma.
- Candidate must have completed the applicable ND Program with a minimum lower credit (CGPA) of 2.
- Candidates with a passing grade and at least two years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field may, in extraordinary circumstances, be given admission consideration.
- At least twelve (12) months of closely monitored work experience; five credit passes in pertinent O-Level topics obtained in no more than two sittings.
- All HND programs at the university require transcripts, especially for incoming students from other universities.
