Lagos Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) Timetable 2024
The Lagos State Ministry of Education, through the Lagos State Examinations Board, wishes to announce to schools and candidates that the timetable for the year 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) has been published.
The BECE more popularly known as “JUNIOR WAEC” is an examination conducted for candidates who are in their final year of Junior Secondary School (JSS 3). This examination is very vital for the promotion of students from Junior Secondary to Senior secondary school.
BECE Examination Timetable 2024
The 2024 BECE is scheduled to kickstart on Monday, 3rd July, and conclude on Saturday, 8th July 2024. Below is a detailed examination timetable:-
Monday, 3rd July 2024
- Business Studies (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
- Arabic Studies (12:30 PM – 2:30 PM)
Tuesday, 4th July 2024
- Pre-Vocational Studies (9:00 AM – 11:20 AM)
- Nigerian Languages: Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa (12:30 PM – 2:30 PM)
Wednesday, 5th July 2024
- Mathematics (Objective & Theory) (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
- National Values (NV) (12:30 PM – 2:30 PM)
Thursday, 6th July 2024
